International competitions Sport Cup "Friendship" and prize "Golden ground attack", Ufa, first day

On May 28, 2022, the first day of International competitions Sport Cup "Friendship" and prize "Golden ground attack" took place at the Dynamo Stadium in Ufa (Republic of Bashkortostan).

The opening ceremony of the event was attended by the First Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters - President of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers Alexander Chupriyan, Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, Managing Director, Head of the GR Directorate of Sberbank Oleg Semenenko, Vice President of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers from the Republic of India Amrinder Singh, Director of the Executive Directorate of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers Andrey Kalinin, President of the Federation of Fire and Rescue Sport Sergey Kudinov, Director of the Executive Committee of the Belarusian Federation of Fire and Rescue Sport Margarita Andrienko, the chief judge of the competition, representative of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sardor Islamov.

This evening, the spectators of international competitions were pleased with the demonstration performances of art groups.

As part of the opening ceremony of the competition, the semifinal and final races of the first day of the competition were held at the Dynamo stadium.

In a difficult and persistent struggle, the names of winners and prize-winners in one of the brightest and most dynamic disciplines of fire and rescue sport "climbing the hook ladder to the floors of the training tower" were determined.

After the final races, Alexander Chupriyan awarded the winners of the first day of the competition in the discipline "climbing the hook ladder into the window of the 4th and 2nd floors of the sports tower".

Among women, Ekaterina Chendakova (Russian Federation) became the champion in climbing the hook ladder through the window of the 2nd floor of the training tower, Anna Starodymova (Russian Federation) became the second, Kristina Shadlova (Russian Federation) took the third place. Nikita Ukolov (Republic of Belarus) won the first place in climbing the hook ladder to the window of the 4th floor of the training tower among men, Evgeny Rabtsevich (Republic of Belarus) became the second, Dmitry Gridunov (Russian Federation) took the third place.

The competition will last until May 31. The strongest athletes from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan participate in them.
