Results of the first day of the X World Youth and Junior Championships and the VI World Youth and Junior Championships in Fire and Rescue Sport
The first day of competition in one of the most spectacular fire and rescue sports took place on 11 August. The boys and girls competed in an assault ladder climb up the 2nd and 3rd floors of the training tower.
As a result of a tense struggle, places were distributed as follows:
Girls of the younger age group:
1st place - Alyona Maltseva (Russian Federation) - 7.86 seconds
2nd place - Victoria Odnoochko (Republic of Belarus) - 7.99 seconds
3rd place - Victoria Vorobei (Republic of Belarus) - 8.13 seconds
Middle age group girls:
1st place - Ulyana Gutko (Republic of Belarus) - 7.72 seconds
2nd place - Ksenia Chursina (Republic of Belarus) - 7.85 seconds
3rd place - Alexandra Khodyreva (Russian Federation) - 9.35 seconds
Senior girls:
1st place - Alexandra Poshvenchuk (Republic of Belarus) - 7.47 seconds
2nd place - Daria Lobanova (Russian Federation) - 7.50 seconds
3rd place - Polina Kushnerenko (Republic of Belarus) - 7.69 seconds
Juniors in the younger age group:
1st place - Maxim Kuznetsov (Russian Federation) - 7.05 seconds
2nd place - Alexander Kozlovsky (Republic of Belarus) - 8.57 seconds
3rd place - Roman Groshevikov (Republic of Belarus) - 8.83 seconds
Juniors in the middle age group:
1st place - Nikolay Lasynov (Russian Federation) - 7.11 seconds
2nd place - Adam Ship (Czech Republic) - 7.59 seconds
