On the postponement of the International Fire and Rescue Sport Tournament in memory of Piotr Sokolovsky in Poland
Due to the difficult epidemiological situation in Europe, including the Republic of Poland, the International Fire and Rescue Sport Tournament in memory of Piotr Sokolovsky, which was planned to be held on 23-27 March 2021, has been postponed to 2022.
The Federation Executive Committee is convinced that this decision will find understanding among all members of the international sport community and will serve as an effective measure to preserve the health of athletes.
We really hope that next year the competition will be held at the highest level, which will serve as an example for the member countries of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers to hold such events that will become traditional for the benefit of developing international cooperation between fire and rescue services, transferring experience to the younger generation - future fire professionals.
