Information on the XXVI International Conference of Heads of Fire and Rescue Services of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers’ member countries

Dear colleagues and partners!

We are glad to inform you that the XXVI International Conference of Heads of Fire and Rescue Services of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers’ member countries will take place in Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan, from 2 to 6 December 2025.

The Conference‘s aim is to exchange experience, discuss the latest initiatives in firefighting and rescue sports and fire safety, summarize the work of the International Sports Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers in 2025, and strengthen international ties between ministries, agencies, national federations, and associations from all over the world.

The Conference will feature:
- reports by the Director of the International Sports Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers, the Sports and Technical Committee, the Anti-Doping Committee, the Internal Audit Commission, and the Sports and Disciplinary Commission of the International Sports Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers;
- discussion of issues related to hosting the 2026 World Championships;
- meetings and presentations by leading experts in the field of fire safety.;
- cultural program.

The International Conference format involves the participation of the heads of the fire and rescue services, associations and federations of the firefighting and rescue sport of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers’ member countries.

Arrival at the Conference on December 2, 2025, departure on December 6, 2025.
