Conference of European Member Countries of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers

A Conference of European Member Countries of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers will be held in the Republic of Austria (Frankenburg) from February 27 to March 1, 2026 for the purposes of international cooperation in the field of fire and rescue sport.

During the meeting, a wide range of issues will be considered, including the development of firefighting sport in European countries, namely:

• coordination and interaction of European countries in the field of fire and rescue sport;
• organization of the educational and training process;
• in terms of the preparation of national sport teams for participation in the world championships in fire and rescue sport, and other international events held under the auspices of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers;
• in terms of training international judges from European countries;
• in the field of organizing and holding the world championships among boys and juniors, girls and juniors in fire and rescue sport in 2027;
• and other issues.
