Announcement of the International Fire Rescue Sport Competition for the Cup of the Public Association «Belarusian Federation of Fire Rescue Sport»

From 17 to 23 June 2024 in the Republic of Belarus, Minsk, at the sports base of the State Educational Institution ‘University of Civil Protection’ of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus (Minsk, 25 Mashinostroiteli St.) under the auspices of the International Sports Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers will be held the International Competition for the Cup of the Public Association ‘Belarusian Federation of Fire and Rescue Sports’.

The organisers of the competition are the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus and the Public Association ‘Belarusian Federation of Fire and Rescue Sports’.

The competitions are held in order to develop fire-rescue sport in the international arena, to improve the sportsmanship of rescue athletes, to strengthen friendly relations and exchange of experience in training athletes, to form an active life position among young people, to attract young men and women to fire-rescue sport, to popularise the profession of a fire-rescuer, to promote life safety and a healthy lifestyle.

The competition is planned to be attended by national teams of men and women in fire and rescue sports of the countries, members of the International Sports Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers.
